the staff were pretty friendly and supportive. Special thanks to Furkan and Ozer, they made us feel that we are at home while we are away from home! Unfortunately, there was a bad smell in our room and we had to change our room at midnight. Even though they tried to help us, our room was downgraded due to lack of availability. On the other hand the breakfast buffet was quite nice and delicious and fresh!

Our stay was great overall. Check in was a little disappointing however the gentlemen apologised and really went above and beyond to help us enjoy the rest of our stay. He was particularly excellent in supporting us with a problem we had online regarding our travel arrangements. Cannot thank him enough!

My stay was an absolute pleasure! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was quite good too, definitely a nice way to start the day. What I appreciates most was the hotel’s cozy atmosphere; since it’s not too big, it stays peaceful and quiet. I’d absolutely recommend staying here!
