There were multiple bloodstains on the sheets, which were so dirty that I couldn’t even put my head on the pillows. The bathroom was so smelly most of the day that it smelled like fungus. The air conditioners didn’t work well either. To make matters worse, the internet connection, which is supposed to be a basic service of the hotel, only worked in the lobby. Every time I tried to use the internet in my room, they would tell me that it was working fine and wouldn’t change my room.

Lovely service by the vallet. Beautiful accommodations with comfortable bedding. Adequate gym for leisure trip. A fun Scottish pub that we visited for dinner. Enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the pub chips and garlic sour cream dipping sauce. A lovely spread on the 5th floor terrace for breakfast. Things that could've been better - no newspaper. Pool didn't open until 11am.... unable to visit before leaving. The AC was not very good at keeping up with the hot temperatures throughout the afternoon.

The property looked lovely on the pictures and to be fair it wasn't to bad but like alot of hotels standards are not kept up and was slightly shabby. My kettle didn't work but got replaced straight away. The pillows were lumpy. The cleaner didn't do a good job, lazy i would say, hardly made the bed. Didn't provide more water or coffee, had to ask reception for it. Breakfast was plentiful though with alot of choice.

A very clean hotel in a central location. The staff are extremely helpful and even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost. The breakfast is plentiful, and the pub downstairs is a cozy spot to unwind after a long day.

Check in was ok, very casual. The room was ok, but everything was very tired, a bit gruby even. The air conditioning didn't work, I was told that it's the time of year for heating, so they isolated my room from it, still very hot and I slept with the window open, so didn't sleep well with noise from the street. It was late evening when I arrived but I wanted to get something to eat, the downstairs bar was very loud with live music. I asked for a menu and was given a QR code. I went to the top floor bar, it was very smoky. Had a drink and some chips, but everything seems like it was a lot of effort for the staff. They were not smart, sitting, drinking, smoking and eating. It could be a really nice hotel, but just not looked after. Some areas looked like they were in the middle of being renovated, plaster showing, doors blocked, but no actual sign of work. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 and found somewhere else.

La habitacion que me toco 202 tenia buen alcance del wifi y no tuve problemas con el internet, la cama es muy comoda y las sabanas tambien. La terraza donde sirven el desayuno es linda y la musica que reproducen tambien, lo que me gustaria es que variaran el desayuno y siempre fuera el mismo. El gimnasio esta bien para una persona y siempre me toco estar solo en el gym
