The room is clean, morning staff can speak English and allow me to check in early, evening staff lacks English and communication when I had a problem with the AC. The AC was fixed after 30 minutes of trying to explain the problem. The hotel was loud because it is a famous party and wedding venue, even when you were far from the ballroom. Loud music can keep you awake at night. Very isolated and nothing within walking distance.

On a budget

Generally a good and on a budget hotel but rooms must be cleaned better, lot of dust over the desk and where TV is placed. Breakfast is good but I've never been in the resturant i I can't review it. Very nice wellness area wit sauna, massages and pool. The gym is ok but there was 2 machine out of service, can be improved.

Although we asked many times, they didnt fix and they didnt change our room.it waa too hot and we coulnt sleep I dont recommend using pool area with kids as stuff doesnt care whats happening. A few couples was literally acting very inappropriately in the pool and in front of the kids. there was no warning at all..they should have said adult only pool area....

Ok in general terms, but 5 Stars?

The floor of the room was covered with laminate. This and the sober (and not very practical) furnishings did not create a cozy atmosphere. It was more like a room for a decent 4-star business hotel. The bathroom was clean and large but had structural defects: the paint on the ceiling in the shower was peeling off and the door frames were swelling from below and the paint was also peeling off, which suggests that the cleaning was too wet and possibly that too harsh cleaning agents were used. The breakfast was excellent.

The biggest problem with this hotel is that you cannot control the temperature of your own room. All AC systems are connected to one system. The rooms were way too hot, 26 Celsius through the night. They kept “trying to fix it”. Finally, someone admitted that the hotel was going to be remodeled in the next year. They should not be charging the rates they are charging when the hotel is tired, and in need of remodeling and being in the modern age. If you don’t need to be at the university, I would not recommend for you to stay here.

Had to change 2 rooms before settle in the 3rd one during our 2 nights stay. We've booked a deluxe room which was an upgrade from the standard ones on the "renovated" part of the hotel. We walked in to our first room and immediately run out because of the terrible septic smell! Without properly apologizing, front desk moved us to our second room. The room was outdated, the bed was so awful it would be better if we slept on the floor. The plumbing in the shower and bathroom sink weren't working at all, even during a very quick shower walk-in shower flooded. We had to complain once again after our first night in agony and they moved us to our third room on our second night. The accommodations weren't improved at all but at that point we just wanted pushed through the night and leave immediately in the morning. Will never stay there again!

Ancak bu oda ne konum ne de kalite açısından daha iyi değildi. Odaya ulaşmak için otel misafir alanlarından ziyade ofislerin arasından ve alışılmadık koridorlardan geçmek gerekiyordu; bu durum kendimizi bir otel odasına değil, hizmet alanlarına yönlendiriliyormuş gibi hissettirdi. Odaya girdiğimizde banyodan gelen rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Bu duruma itiraz edip odada kalamayacağımızı belirttikten sonra, resepsiyon ilk rezervasyonumuzdaki odayı bize vermek zorunda kaldı. İlginç olan, sonradan verilen bu odanın ilk gösterilen odadan belirgin şekilde daha iyi durumda olmasıydı. Bu nedenle neden başlangıçta rezervasyon yaptığımız odaya yerleştirilmediğimizi anlamakta zorlandık.

La climatisation de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. J'ai demandé à 5 reprises qu'on me change de chambre pour avoir une climatisation qui fonctionne, et la seule chose que la réception a bien voulu faire c'est de m'envoyer un technicien à chaque fois que je faisais une demande pour vérifier la climatisation, à chaque fois le technicien disait que c'était réparé, et à chaque fois ce n'était pas réparé. J'ai dû dormir avec 26,5 degrés dans la chambre ce qui est absolument inconfortable pour dormir.
