Viki at check-in was delightful and very efficient. Food at breakfast was beautiful and plentiful, Beck and James were very polite and helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, hopefully for longer next time.

It had been roughly 10 years since my last stay, hotel still in very good condition, room was spotlessly clean especially the bathroom, quiet location, comfortable bed, nice powerful shower, restaurant beautiful, lovely staff, nice food.

Room noisy ( traffic ), despite having asked for a quieter room. Window area cold / draughty due to metal window frames and only double glazing. Security a big issue and ignored by staff, when mentioned. Area is very busy with traffic and noisy . Pool area was rather busy at times and water could do with being warmer ( than the 28c ). Spa area often overcrowded Steam room often stale smells ( not sufficient essential oils used) Security issues with spa key At the entrance often people smoking ( making it very unpleasant for non smokers ). Additional room curtains be useful for privacy

The room was lovely but there were a few hiccups. It was not great waking up in a crack between two twin beds put together over the holidays and probably due to the holidays the spa was out of towels during our stay and we were asked to bring our towels from the room. The food was amazing and the service was great though!

Room was a bit tired, large red wine stain on carpet near window. Didn't have breakfast as price via Expedia was £30 pp!! Was not advised on any breakfast rate by reception at check-in so never had.
