If you are planning to gonto Angra da Reis dont wven tey tonstay in this hotel. I got there and apparently there werw not rooms avaiakbke for a reservation done with one month of anticipation. Me and family ere movee dtona posada, lower categoey place . The hotel does jot match what they offer in internet IT A SPAM, BiG LIE idont know how expedia make bussibes with this crooks im fightin my refund for such a bad experience

Roupa de cama ruim, quarto cheirando a mofo, diferente do reservado, box do banheiro alaga com um simples banho rápido, tv horrível com somente 2 canais funcionando, ar condicionado não gelou bem e estava um calor enorme, atendimento na recepção foi pessimo, a primeira impressão que tivemos foi de que era proibido se hospedar ali e no check out foi a mesma coisa, o recepcionista de cara amarrada! Não tem serviço de quarto para entregar um simples cobertor, é necessário ir até a recepção para buscar (isso ok) e ser recebido na recepção como se fosse algo de muito errado pedir uma coberta. Que por sinal, parece uma coberta de tricô, com cheiro de guardada. Experiência pessima, não recomendo a ninguém. O que é uma pena pq a localização é excelente, principalmente para quem vai acessar as marinas.
