The restaurant was awful. They had no idea what to do. I ordered room service and it took a long time. On the top of it the steak was burnt. Not just overcooked but burnt. The worst experience I've had with room service by far.

The hotel reminded me of a small resort which was nice. They have security at the entrance which makes you feel safe. The pool area was my favourite part, very beautiful view. There’s a shopping mall in walking distance which was very convenient.

We booked the 2 bedroom waterfront room which was spacious for our family of 4 and had 2 bathroom. The kids had their own twin beds and the adults room had a king bed. The property has 3 pools, an infinity pool, a toddler pool which both were unheated. There was a smaller heated pool. The hotel restaurant has semi limited selection and is reasonably priced. The downside is the menu is only avail in Portuguese but the few meals we had at the restaurant was delicious. If you choose not to eat at the hotel, you are about a 5 minute walk to a mall (Shopping Piratas) which had several restaurants, which we did not try. The included breakfast was simple but in my opinion better than what you find in the US hotels that include breakfast. A big plus for this property is that it has its own dock, which was convenient specially when you charter a boat to visit the region by boat. The one thing for visitors is to bring your adaptor for plugs as the hotel does not offer US/Canada style plugs and we were forced to go to the local mall to buy the adaptor as the hotel did not have any to lend out. The hotel did have ones avail to buy, but would just recommend the 5 minute walk to the mall to buy the adaptors.

O hotel é muito bom, quarto super confortável, piscinas excelentes, tem uma infraestrutura muito boa, quadras, academia,sauna, restaurante. O que deixou a desejar: área externa do hotel precisa de uma reforma estacionamento e ao redores. Atendimento dos funcionários do restaurante ( não sabiam explicar as comidas do cardápio, e são meios desatentos. Do resto foi tudo maravilhoso. Se fosse para dar uma nota de 0 a 10 daria 9,6.

Para quem estava acostumado com o mesmo hotel na bandeira Mercure ficara desapontado. Apesar de tudo, os quartos sao bons assim como as instalações gerais do hotel. 2 pontos importantes que precisam de reforços sao o cafe da manha ( com qualidade baixa pelo preço da diaria), alem de pouca reposição durante os horarios de pico, o que piora ainda mais a experiência. Realmente este é um ponto que o hotel precisa olhar com urgência. Outro ponto é a musica “ambiente” na piscina. Entendo que possa haver horarios com algum tipo de atividade ou sunset onde coloquem musica, porem, voce vai para um hotel para descansar e fica o dia inteiro com musica alta de gosto duvidoso. Mesmo com meus fones, a altura do som era tão alta que nem assim era possível bloquear o som. Outro ponto adicional é a demora em todos os serviços de piscina ( comidas e bebidas). A equipe é gentil e prestativa, mas claramente faltam pessoas ou treinamentos para que eles sejam capazes de dar vazão aos pedidos.
