Detached house for rent. This house is located in the heart of the Périgord Vert. On the border of Haute Vienne and Corrèze. (50 minutes from Périgueux, Limoges and Brive) many activities are offered in a large area: Rouffiac lake, with activities: swimming, rope lift, tree climbing... Nantheuil lake and its turquoise water... our many caves: Tourtoirac, Montignac, Lascaux... magnificent villages to discover: Sarlat, Brantome, La Roque, Gageac... peaceful corners in rivers (Isle, Loue, Dordogne...), hiking or canoeing! Our unmissable castles are just a stone's throw away (Jumilhac le Grand, Hautefort, etc.), this house located in a quiet area 5 minutes from the shops (Lanouaille), crossroads, contact, pharmacy, bakery, gas station, doctors/nurses. Then 10 minutes from the town of Saint Yrieix la Perche. In summer, many events are offered there. The house can accommodate up to 8 people: 2 bedrooms with 140x200 beds. (A sofa bed in the living room. And possibility of adding 2 beds of 90x180) On request, we have for babies: a high chair, a bathtub and a bed. Sheets and towels are included in the rental. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. (The owner's vegetable garden is in the park of the house, he goes there for watering and maintenance for a quarter of an hour in the evening) looking forward to meeting you! See you soon.
