Two recently updated HVAC systems will keep you comfortable. For ease into the second story home, you have an ELEVATOR!! The renovations in the home are light and bright with designer choices in the kitchen that will blow you away. There is even a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Enjoy water views from nearly every window, lush green grass and great shade trees also envelop the property.
