In a quiet and secure residence with swimming pool and parking, the apartment is located on the first floor, and benefits from a view of the shaded park and the swimming pool of the residence. Ideal for a couple or a small family with 1 to 2 children, it is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and two bunk beds. Fully equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, washing machine/dryer, separate toilet and walk-in shower.

Travel cot possible on request.
The residence is equipped with a bicycle garage and free parking

The district:
Ideal location for this studio adjoining the Golf du Phare de Biarritz; It allows you to access the beaches on foot (15 min), and to get to Biarritz center in less than 3 minutes by car!
Bayonne is 15 minutes away, Saint Jean de Luz is 15 minutes away by motorway and you can reach San Sebastian in 25 minutes.

No smoking. No parties or parties and our pet friends are not allowed.

Studio joliment décoré et très bien placé dans une résidence avec piscine.

Studio très agréable et suffisant pour un adulte et 2 enfants. Le gérant est très sympathique et nous avait même offert un gâteau basque pour notre arrivée.
