Situated at the bottom on Minifie Avenue, an easy walk to the river, beach and shops, added bonus of being pet friendly and WIFI available.



The Space:

Ideally positioned, this wonderful Anglesea beach house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and even an enclosed yard for your furry friend. No need to spend sunny days trying to find a carpark as you can easily walk to the river, beach, cafes and shops from this location. Plenty of room for the family with 2 living areas, open plan kitchen/dining area with the comfort of both air conditioning and a slow combustion fireplace ensuring this is a property to be enjoyed at any time of year. A very family friendly property set on a no thru road and enclosed yard, this property ticks all the boxes and won't disappoint!

The BBQ is only available in December and January.

*Please note linen is not provided, but can be hired via the agency if you wish. There are doonas and pillows.

**All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.

Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.



Guest Access:

On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.

Great location.

Our family enjoyed staying at this lovely house in a great location. The secure and private garden, with front double gates, made it perfect for our dog. Plenty of parking in the long drive. Had everything we needed and a lovely back deck to sit and relax. Thank you for our stay.

Location - fantastic. Close to the general store & easy access to everything we wanted.Communication - host ignored query regarding high chair availability. No clear messaging to notify hot water switched off. Had to boil kettle to bath children. Should have been told on arrival or a sign in front room.Despite notifying host with photographic evidence that house not clean, host denied the filth and chose not to send a cleaner.Cleanliness - absolutely revolting. The house was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The musty mildew smell was overpowering. There was thick layers of dust everywhere and resulted in my family acquiring coughs. Spider webs everywhere. Handfuls of what we assume to be animal hair. Dead insects everywhere. ?rodent droppings.Lack of love/care - blue folder and notice on fridge outdated with obsolete information. Multiple unsafe electrical sockets. Hole in flywire door. Loose tile in kitchen. Bathroom fans have never been cleaned. Some of these things wouldn't cost much/anything to fix, but the owners clearly do not want to invest any love into this property. Batteries for tv remote and clock were dead. It would be nice if there was an easy to see note to inform you that the hot water is switched off so you can action this straight away.The house itself is ok. Simple layout suits young families but a) needs some general maintenance and love, and b) must be cleaned prior to accepting guests. Do not stay here. You and your family will get sick.
