Propreté à revoir : tapis sale, table basse fissurée et grasse, traces sur la vasque de la salle de bain, poussière sur le luminaire et les tringles du rideau de la salle de bain. Pas de tapis dans la salle de bain. C’est dommage, l’appartement pourrait être très bien mais le manque d’entretien est notable et nous rappelle que des efforts pourraient être faits.
