Beautiful modern 4-bedroom flat of 75 m², spacious and comfortable, ideal for a family stay, with friends or for business travel. This accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people.

Fully equipped American kitchen: induction hobs, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils.

Located in Angers in the historic La Doutre district, this accommodation allows you to fully enjoy the city and its amenities. Close to shops, restaurants and public transport, it is an ideal starting point for discovering the region.

🚗 Free parking: Place de la Rochefoucault Car Park (600 metres).

The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins to the designated locations

• Gather used laundry in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if thorough cleaning proves necessary, a supplement will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your self-check-in

• Your digital welcome booklet, containing:

– How the accommodation works

– The type of coffee maker
