ROSE Vacances presents to you this lovely charming apartment, ideally located in the heart of Angers, on Rue de la Roe, courtyard side for more tranquillity.

Installed in a well-maintained old building, this accommodation offers all the charm of yesteryear: stone walls, warm parquet flooring, beautiful natural light… The atmosphere is cosy, simple and pleasant.



Capacity: up to 2 people.

• Bright living room: lounge area and dining area.

• Open equipped kitchen: hob, microwave, kettle and Delonghi coffee machine.

• Bathroom: shower, sink and toilet

• Bedroom: comfortable double bed.



🚗 Paid parking in the surrounding streets.

Free parking at the Rochefoucault car park (10 mins on foot).



📍 Location:

Its central location allows you to do everything on foot: castle, cathedral, shops, restaurants, transport… everything is within reach, without the noise drawbacks, thanks to its courtyard-side position.

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Instructions for your independent arrival

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
