Petit studio situĂ© Ă  Saint-LĂ©onard, amĂ©nagĂ© avec goĂ»t et bien Ă©quipĂ©. IdĂ©al pour une personne seule. L'espace peut ĂȘtre un peu restreint pour deux. Stationnement facile Ă  proximitĂ© et accĂšs rapide au centre-ville d’Angers. RecommandĂ© pour un sĂ©jour pratique et agrĂ©able.

Appartement exigu

L'appartement est propre mais il est particuliĂšrement Ă©troit et exigu. ImpossibilitĂ© de se croiser dans l'appartement!!!Conviendrait mieux Ă  une personne seule.La salle de douche dispose d'une porte en partie vitrĂ©e (floutĂ©e) qui donne sur la terrasse du deuxiĂšme appartement en location. Lorsque ses occupants profitent de leur terrasse, nous avons l'impression qu'ils sont avec nous dans la douche et aux toilettes. C'est assez gĂȘnant!!!
