At Haus Freynend on the Stoißberg, you’ll find a magnificent view of the Hochstaufen and Zwiesel mountains and an exceptionally peaceful setting in the middle of a forest clearing, far away from any traffic. Our farm is an ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours to the surrounding mountains and alpine pastures. Excursions to the Berchtesgaden and Salzburg regions, the Rupertiwinkel, and Lake Chiemsee are also highly recommended. Anger is also an attractive vacation destination in winter, with good access to the nearby ski resorts.
Let us pamper you and enjoy an unforgettable vacation on our farm. Our four vacation apartments were completely renovated in 2011. In 2022, we extensively renovated all the apartments, completely refurbishing all the bathrooms in the process.
We’re very proud that all the vacation apartments in our house—as one of the few guesthouses in our wider area—have received the “Best” award from the German Tourism Association (DTV) with 5 stars!
Newly renovated and redesigned in 2022: The “Zum 7. Himmel” vacation apartment invites you to enjoy a relaxing getaway for two. From the balcony, you’ll enjoy a wonderful view of the Untersberg, Hochstaufen, and Zwiesel. This special vacation rental is located on the first floor of our building.A kitchen-living room with modern kitchen appliances (dishwasher, stove with ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine), a corner bench, a seating area, TV, and radio is at your disposal. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. You can enjoy a breathtaking view from the balcony. Final cleaning is available by arrangement. If our team performs the final cleaning, a flat fee of 60 EUR applies.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment, featuring a refrigerator and a microwave. There's a private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

Perfekt!

Bei dieser Ferienwohnung passt alles. Herrliche Lage am Berg mit Blick aufs Inntal und die Berge, moderne, neue Ferienwohnung mit allen Annehmlichkeiten (sogar Ladestation für E-Autos). Im Umkreis von 30 min ist Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Chiemsee. Sehr sauber, sehr professionell und sehr herzlich geführt von Bernadette, der man es kaum glaubt, dass sie kein Hotelfach gelernt hat. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment willkommen. Wärmste Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
