Well kept Secret

I stay at the Savannah Hotel whenever I visit the Philippines at least a day or two. Savannah Hotel has the softest Beds that I have found so far. I have stayed in 7 or more hotels and Savannah Mattresses are the best. Internet speed and connectivity are always very good. Restaurant on site with good prices for in house meals. Friendly staff and 24 hour security.

Boring

This was a disappointing stay and unfortunately everything is going backward at this hotel. We had a 6-day stay and our room was not cleaned till the 3rd day and that was after I asked for it to be cleaned. It was cleaned again on day 4 but not again for the remainder of our stay. The aircondition was noisy so we could not get a good night sleep, and the TV not work after day 1. The excuse for the TV not working was they were having problems with the "service provider", which usually translates to "we not pay the cable TV bill". Restauraunt food was boring and I can understand why no one eats dinner there. There were other problems but the above were the main ones. Anyway my partner and I agreed this hotel is on our black list for at least the next 12-months and maybe by later 2024, it will have fixed their problems.
