A/c keep getting hot, service is super slow and sometime forgotten the request. Bathroom is stinks, we have to special request to clean the bathroom every day, should be automatic. Towel is rough and over use. I will not recommend this hotel.

had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson Clark. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team was always friendly, approachable, and ready to assist with any requests. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining everything spotless throughout my visit. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the restaurant offered a great selection of food with fresh, flavorful dishes. Breakfast was particularly enjoyable, with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The location is another highlight — conveniently close to Clark International Airport, SM City Clark, and many other attractions. It made getting around the area very easy. Overall, Park Inn by Radisson Clark exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made my stay truly enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Clark area and will definitely return on my next trip.

I expected a lot more regarding the highish price of the room. There were multiple little annoying details: Toilet flush kept jamming, TV was quite awkward to use, at breakfast food often ran out; nobody answered the room service telephone, so we had to go to the reception desk to make order, and when they fetched the dishes, one plate was left behind, and even the room service never took it. Maybe we were unlucky, but too many bad details. Pool was very nice but sometimes there was no service at the pool bar, and the service time ended quite early in the evening. In general the staff was very nice, though.

Hot rooms. The aircon thermostat was set at 23 degree celcius. There were thermostat control panels in the rooms but control was centralised. What's the use of the thermostat panels and instructions above the panel on how to adjust settings??? Upon request, staff adjusted thermostat to 21.5 degrees celcius desipte my request for 20 degrees celcius

Very nice hotel!! Booked on Expedia for $105 for one night awaiting a Clark to Bangkok flight. Took Joy Bus from Baguio and walked an easy 6 minutes to the hotel with luggage from Genesis/Joy Bus drop off pint in front of SM Clark. Room was just the right size for two people, well appointed with coffee, high end towels and linens, quiet, great WiFi and perfect shower with faucets on the correct side of the wall so you can turn on without getting wet. Basically connected to SM Clark so shipping, groceries and restaurants are very, very close by. Perfect location. Included breakfast buffet was excellent!! Great choice of western and Asian food. Very enjoyable. Check-in was at 3pm, but I checked in at 2:00pm and my room was ready with a smile. Thank you Park Inn! The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to Clark International Airport, so perfect for catching a flight or returning home. All in all, a highly recommended hotel.
