Short evening stay

We arrived almost 11:30pm at the hotel. We stayed there just to have a place to sleep in preparation for a special event next day. At 5:30am we already check out. Staff. The hotel was understaff. It was the security guard who assisted us during our check in. Room amenities. Bottle of water, slippers, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, towels Room condition. Good Toilet . No hot water in the shower

The receptionist informed my sister that the room was only paid for one night. I paid for two. She could’ve verified on the system before informing my sister that I only paid for one night.

My worst nightmare.

It was a bad hotel overall. The front lobby was closed I have to enter from the back way which was also a Motel entrance. No front desk. The place was poorly lighted. No elevator. I checked out the same day I checked in.

Disappointed Customer

No blanket, bed covers, pillow case and towels doesn’t smell and look clean. Window has a lot of dirt. No tissue. It doesn’t fit to label this as a hotel.
