I know and have stayed in all the hotels such as Central Park, Queens, Pacific Breeze, Penthouse, Wild Orchid, etc. Why on earth would anyone want to stay in a DATED, OLD, SMALLER, U SHAPED BED, DISGUSTING CARPETS with INFERIOR QUALTY in every aspect for MORE $$ than a Unique, Safer, Comfortable, Newer, CLEANER Condominium than ONE EUPHORIA RESIDENCES??
1 Bedroom Condo, large King Bed with Jack and Jill doors to bathroom, with Shower large enough that can fit 3 PEOPLE, Key Card needed just to enter the FLOOR, GYM, and POOL. Brand new high quality sheets, Pillows, Towels. Superior 10th floor views of Santos Street up to Walking Street. No noise from Trikes, Roosters, People, or Pollution if you wish to sleep with patio doors open and use the 2 ceiling fans installed for natural air. Views from UNIT, GYM (which most of the hotels DONT have, and if they do- pathetic). Nice size Patio with table and chairs for entertaining. Genuine Leather couch, Hybrid composite mattress, Largest TV's (65" in living room and 55" in bedroom), Stovetop, Microwave, eating utensils, Large Safe- big enough for small bags and computer to be Locked! This Unit has Character, is Fresh and Bright- unlike so many that look like a "Casting Room (couch) Vibe" with just blacks and whites- Yuck! Quick laundry mat with large washers/dryers priced by load- done in 2.5 hours, around corner. Cordless Vacuum in room for small touch-ups, if you want Unique and Personalized maid service- see front desk. This is NOT a hotel room but a Livable Luxury Condo.
