Villa Seldwyla in Port d'Andratx with sea view
Luxury Villa Seldwyla is a rustic stone mansion located on the west side of Mallorca with direct access to the sea across the road.
It is just a 5-minute walk from the port of Andratx and 30 km from Palma de Mallorca airport. This beautiful villa is immersed in greenery and has a warm and cozy rustic atmosphere thanks to the stone and wooden ceilings with which it is made.
The villa has 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, two of the rooms have a double bed and the rest have two single beds
On the main floor we find a spacious living room with sofas, flat screen TV and fireplace, dining area with large table and fireplace, recently renovated and fully equipped modern kitchen, two ovens, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, refrigerator and 2 freezers, toaster, juicer and utensils. This floor also has a guest toilet, laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. Two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom and another room with the bathroom next to it, a library.
From the living room there is access to the terrace, on one hand it has a dining area to enjoy evenings and has beautiful views of the sunset and on the other hand it has outdoor sofas with impressive views of the sea.
The ground floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and a small living room. Also there one extra double bedroom for staff or guests.
Outside there is an infinity pool with salt water measuring 9m x 4.5 meters, gas barbecue on the terrace and porch, hammocks and sofas. There is also a ping pong table.In front of the house there is access to the rock beach that has a staircase to go down directly to the sea. At the entrance to the territory of the farm there is a free apartment for 2 or 3 cars.The entrance door (gate) is automated and a remote control will be provided for use.
Spectacular holiday home with its views of the impressive bay of Port Andratx and the entire range of blues that the sea and sky provoke are captivating, located in an exclusive position with a beautiful view of the sea and everything you need to enjoy a stay unforgettable.
The 4-hour daily cleaning service is included from Monday to Friday from 09:00 or 10:00 in the morning.
We offer kitchen chef service with an extra payment, also transportation service from the airport to the house, babysitting service.
In the Port Andratx there is a wide variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets. There is also a small sandy beach. The closest large sandy beach is in Camp de Mar, which has a restaurant in the middle of the sea, 4.6km from the house, Cala Llamp has a beach club and is 2.7km away, Sant Elm sandy beach which is located 10 km.
