Romantic holiday home on Mallorca with pool and sea views (Villa DEKA)

This Mediterranean style holiday home is located right on the pine-covered slopes of the bay of Cala Llamp in Mallorca, offering a fantastically beautiful sea view to the southwest.
By construction, the holiday home presented as a separate private home and is therefore ideally suited for the romantic getaway. With a huge terrace with private pool, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom Mediterranean flair, it leaves therefore nothing to be desired.
The apartment is built in terrace-style construction directly into the steep hillside. This includes a large outdoor area, including terrace and garden, where you can enjoy the sun, dream and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.
Embedded in our small, privately-run complex with a total of only three units we offer upscale amenities.

Please note that due to the exposed location on the steep slope, stairs are required. The sometimes quite steep natural stone stairs are mostly equipped with a handrail. Although we have a lift that takes most of the steep stairs up, there are still stairs to climb. Our facility is therefore not handicapped accessible. If you have restricted mobility, we advise against booking our apartments.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. This place is AMAZING!!! Just be aware there are a LOT of steps (116 at a good incline) so try to arrive during the daylight and be prepared for steps! I suggest walking down to the home first, get the instructions for the lift then go back up and bring your luggage down on the lift. The lift is interesting too. The kitchen is well equipped and the patio and pool are incredible!! VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS!! We had plans to do some sightseeing, but opted to go pick up groceries and just relax and enjoy this fabulous home! Stefan was wonderful to work with. We highly recommend!

A beautiful property

This a beautiful property. The picture of the pool overlooking the sea is 100% accurate. The pool faces west and we saw spectacular sunsets every night. The stairs are a challenge for anyone with mobility issues but the lift (slow moving!) takes care of the most difficult steps. We are in our late 60's and reasonably fit - the stairs did not cause much of a problem for us and the lift was great when dealing with luggage. More coffee and plastic glasses for the patio would have helped, as would more closet space. We really enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay

When we parked at the street and opened the gate to the apartments below, out jaws dropped from the sheer beauty of the view and also the stairs... 😅 We accepted that we had to navigate stairs as a daily necessity and the apartment was 100% worth every step. It's gorgeous, well appointed, and felt very private. We fell in love with the view and enjoyed having our own private pool. A bit chilly in April but we still swam in the afternoons. Alot of things fell off our to do list as we decided to enjoy a lot more time relaxing at the apartment.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit phantastischemBlick

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dieser sehr gemütlichen Wohnung mit einem zu jeder Tageszeit phantastischen Blick verbracht. Nach den Ausflügen war die Freude auf die Wohnung groß. Die vielen Stufen (Escaleras) und ein schöner Gang durch die Botanik führen durch die von Pedro Otzoup geplante Anlage zur ruhig gelegenen Wohnung mit nur zu dieser Wohnung gehörenden Pool, der auch im Oktober noch zum Abkühlen einlud. Die persönliche Begrüßung durch den Eigentümer trug ebenfalls zum positiven Eindruck bei.

Ein wahr gewordener Urlaubstraum

Wir waren das erste mal in der kleinen Anlage Las Escaleares. Was wir dann bei Ankunft gesehen haben war ein Traum. Dieses kleine Haus hat eine fast absolute Privatatmosphäre, war super sauber und mit hochwertigen Elektrogeräten ausgestattet und vor allen Dingen super gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns fehlte es an nichts. Die Eigentümer sind sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Hauspersonal war sehr sehr herzlich, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Normalerweise gehen wir fast immer jeden Abend aus zu Essen, aber dieses Jahr haben wir uns so wohl gefühlt, dass wir die Hälfte des Urlaubes abends auf dieser Traumterasse gegessen haben. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde der Pool und die wunderschöne Pflanzenwelt immer sorgfältig gepflegt, aber immer so, dass wir dieses kaum mitbekommen haben. Wir werden definitiv kurzfristig unsere Urlaubsplanung für nächstes Jahr machen, damit wir dieses Objekt frühzeitig buchen können. Wenn es möglich wäre, würden wir sogar noch mehr Sterne vergeben. Nochmals vielen vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub.
