My Stay – Honest Review I stayed for two nights from November 22 to November 24, and honestly, it wasn't the most pleasant experience. While the front desk staff was polite and welcoming, there were quite a few things that made my stay uncomfortable. Room and Cleanliness The room was fine at first glance, but it definitely needed better attention to cleanliness. I found some hair in a few spots, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke lingering in the room, which wasn’t great. Then there was the closet area—where we found a bug. At first, we thought it might just be bad luck, but when the second bug showed up, it left us feeling uneasy. To make things worse, the bathroom didn’t have a proper vent, so you could see mold starting to grow in various areas, which felt pretty gross over time. Water Problems The real frustration started on the morning of November 24, when I went to take my final shower before checking out. Brown water poured out of the faucet—it was awful! I called the front desk, and while they were quick to send maintenance, all I was told was to “just let the water run.” I did, but I was still disturbed by the situation and expected more effort to fix it. Final Thoughts It’s unfortunate that I had such a negative experience. I appreciate how kind the front desk staff was, but the bugs, mold, and water issues made my stay far from enjoyable.

Staff was fine. Breakfast had good options. Hardest part was getting out of the driveway. Lanes are obscured and traffic gives no quarter. Room was clean and pleasant.

Let me start by saying the staff was lovely and accommodating and helpful. My room was also mostly quiet, and I had no maintenance issues. It was very convenient and I got what I needed for a night. Having said that, the room itself was worn and badly needs ceiling replacement in the bathroom. The property itself looks pretty dated and Wyndham should spend some money to upgrade. Also, cleaning staff missed a bit of hair in the bathroom - it can happen because I’m sure they’re rushed beyond belief to prep rooms for guests, but it made me wonder if they’d cleaned the shower. Overall, my needs were met and staff I dealt with were exceptional. Wyndham can do more to improve! Would likely still stay again. :)

Large dead bug previously squashed and smeared on back of the bathroom door where you would hang your shower towel... So you can't. Our stay was great, the staff and the room were everything we needed. We stayed for two nights, during the height of the Salem Halloween festivities and we booked the day before. We were traveling with an infant, and they provided us with everything we asked for. It was inconvenient that the ice machine was broken, so we needed to go to another floor. Also to note, the hallways are dinged up from the luggage trolleys but it didn’t affect our stay. Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and the front desk was polite. We would return, if in the area.
