My Stay – Honest Review
I stayed for two nights from November 22 to November 24, and honestly, it wasn't the most pleasant experience. While the front desk staff was polite and welcoming, there were quite a few things that made my stay uncomfortable.
Room and Cleanliness
The room was fine at first glance, but it definitely needed better attention to cleanliness. I found some hair in a few spots, and there was a noticeable smell of smoke lingering in the room, which wasn’t great. Then there was the closet area—where we found a bug. At first, we thought it might just be bad luck, but when the second bug showed up, it left us feeling uneasy. To make things worse, the bathroom didn’t have a proper vent, so you could see mold starting to grow in various areas, which felt pretty gross over time.
Water Problems
The real frustration started on the morning of November 24, when I went to take my final shower before checking out. Brown water poured out of the faucet—it was awful! I called the front desk, and while they were quick to send maintenance, all I was told was to “just let the water run.” I did, but I was still disturbed by the situation and expected more effort to fix it.
Final Thoughts
It’s unfortunate that I had such a negative experience. I appreciate how kind the front desk staff was, but the bugs, mold, and water issues made my stay far from enjoyable.
