I loved this hotel! The room was spotless, large, quiet and very comfortable. Great staff, great location and delicious breakfast.

avoid to rent a suite in this Hotel

Suite room on the first floor with view on the main street with a lot of flow of bus and car is not a good idea A lot of noise during the night and we could not sleep

A lovely stay

We were really comfortable. The mattress quality are really good which is what one needs to be able to have a good rest. The service is excellent. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

The service was first class. All the staff were helpful and kind. The room was large and the queen twin beds were so comfortable. My only criticism would be the toilet paper! It wasn’t soft.

Not the usual standard experienced at Holiday Inn

When we got to our room and the first thing we noticed was the smell of sewage in the bathroom. We went to reception and advised them and also asked to be moved to another room. This was not a problem but were told that it was an old hotel and can expect this from time to time. Spanish version of Butlins holiday camp particularly not happy when you spend 25 euros a head for dinner and get a version of Faulty towers between the maitre D and the waiter who was throwing chairs around. It may sound funny but it was loud, full of screaming kids and not to the usual standard of Holiday inn that we have experienced. The room was clean and large but overlooked the main road and very noisy when the windows were opened. This is not a place for tranquillity and relaxation unless you take a gas mask, are hard of hearing and love children.

Decent stay but price value not quite satisfied.

It was a nice place to stay with decent location. There is a pool but you need to have a shower cap (can buy at welcome desk). There is parking buy need to pay 20 euros a day. Room was a bit pricey for what it had to offer.

Lovely, comfortable hotel

Really nice hotel in central Andorra. A few minutes walk to the main shopping area but still central and next to the park. The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, that's not a bad thing. Nice room, clean and stylish, loads of towels (loads), good facilities and restaurant. The pool is absolutely tiny and has way too Mich chlorine in it, my kids eyes were stinging after a very short dip, and when I say tiny I mean a slightly oversized bath. Warm tho, kids loved it but, oddly, you do need to wear a swimming hat. You can get one at reception for €2.50 or bring your own. Overall highly recommend
