The view is stunning and the house is well kitted out. The landlady was extremely helpful and sorted some small issues out very quickly (we were the first tenants!) and went the extra mile for us when we had problems getting a parcel delivered. The beds are comfortable, and the house was a pleasure to stay in. We loved our holiday! Traveller tips: We visited Imperia, Cervo, Alassio and Albenga, all of which were beautiful (apart from the walk between the two main areas of Imperia – drive between Porto Maurizio and Olegna). I would also recommend our walk from Zucarello to Castellvecchio di Rocca Barbena was gorgeous. We had a wonderful farmhouse meal there in the local club, Il mio loco. The nearest pay beach, Le Rocce di pinamare, is beautiful but a bit pricey. However, there is a small sandy free beach, accessed via the marina, next to it, which is also great.

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances en famille dans cette belle maison où rien ne manque. La vue et le petit jardin sont magnifiques ! Très bon accueil d’Alessandra qui est très sympathique et nous a donné plein de conseils. Il y a aussi de magnifiques petits villages à visiter dans l’arrière pays.

Einmaliger Blick

Der Blick, den man von allen Zimmern -mit Ausnahme der Bäder- von allen Betten und überhaupt von jedem Platz ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns herrlich erholt und die Vermieter sind herausragend hilfsbereit, flexibel und freundlich. Der Vermieter ist mit uns im Cabrio durch die Stadt und hat uns alles gezeigt was wir wissen wollten. Nur die Küche sollte renoviert werden und die Sessel und die Coutsch sind schon sehr, sehr alt und ausgesprochen ungemütlich.

Kein Haus für Menschen mit schlechter Kondition

Problematisch: Der Wohn-/Essbereich ist ein Stockwerk höher als die Küche, die Treppe ist relativ steil und teilweise ohne Geländer. Die Organisation der Mahlzeiten erforderte einiges an logistischem Geschick. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr schmal! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Blick aufs Meer von der Terrasse grandios. Die Ausstattung entspricht einem Durchschnittsferienhaus.

Unterkunft:Wir waren sechs E...

Unterkunft:Wir waren sechs Erwachsene + ein Hund im Haus. Es hat einen kleinen Garten mit einer Grillstelle, Tisch und Stühlen sowie zwei Liegen. Oben auf der Terrasse hatten wir zu 6. Platz und hatten von dort einen wunderschönen Meerblick. Die Betten sind jedoch nicht für 6 Erwachsene geeignet. Ein Doppelbett und 4 (kurze) Einzelbetten. Dadurch dass alles eingezäunt war, konnten wir unseren Hund gut springen lassen. Das Haus liegt am Ende einer sehr sehr schmalen Sackgasse und am Hang. Dadurch hatten wir natürlich einen super Ausblick aber auch immer einen steilen Anstieg. Zum Steinstrand sind es ca. 800m. Der Strand ist klein und verfügt über keine Strandbars, Toiletten etc. Wir hatten unsere Strandliegen dabei. Sonst wäre es sehr unbequem zum Liegen.Der Sandstrand der in der Anzeige erwähnt wird, ist ein privater Strandclub in dem zwei Liegen 40€ pro Tag kosten. Nochmals 500 m weiter ist ein öffentlicher Strand und nochmals 800m weiter ist die große Strandpromenade direkt am Hafen. In dem Haus ist alles notwendige vorhaben und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein Auto sollte man jedoch vor Ort haben oder sehr gut zu Fuß sein, da der Anstieg doch sehr anstrengend ist. Reisetipps: Am nahegelegenen Steinstrand sind Hunde erlaubtDie Restaurants in denen wir in Marina waren, waren okayNizza und Monte Carlo sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und sollten unbedingt mitgenommen werden.
