Dear tenants, <br>Our house has undergone a complete renovation in 2022. Located on an enclosed and wooded plot of 800m², calm is assured.<br>It is a house with 4 bedrooms all open to the outside (three of 9m² and one of 11m²), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, an outdoor shower. The main room is bathed in light and includes a living room, dining room and kitchen.<br>The geographical location is ideal: the cycle path at the end of the street allows you to easily travel anywhere in Andernos and to discover the Bassin d'Arcachon, the beautiful beach of Betey is accessible in 12 minutes on foot or a few pedal strokes, the town centre and the covered market are also a few minutes away. <br>All essential shops are nearby.<br>The house is located in the Spring district, a wooded area, quiet and close to everything. <br><br>Other details and additional fees: <br>Free Wi-Fi.<br>Pets are not allowed.<br>The cleaning fee is 100 euros.<br>All linen can be made available on request at the price of 39 euros per person (sheets, towels, dish towels).<br>

Belle maison en plein cœur du bassin

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison entièrement rénovée et très fonctionnelle. Elle est agréable et bien équipée. Parfaite pour des enfants y compris les bébés. Très bien située aussi, proche de tout : des commerces, du marché couvert, de la plage et des pistes cyclables. Le propriétaire et la gérante ont été charmants en toutes occasions. Hautement recommandé.
