Clean and convenient hotel. There is no staff but check in was easy so no help was needed. There are several supermarkets next to the hotel and there are restaurants nearby within a couple minutes drive. It’s also only a 4 min drive to the golden train and gondola. Recommend this place for short stays :)

30 mins walk from train station, and there is no staff to assist with check-in. 6 of us 3 rooms booking only one room received code for entering hotel; if not we only can waiting outside pending the reply message from hotels.com Room is small but clean and surrounding with super market. While it was a nice stay, I found it somewhat disappointing since there were no staff present. I am 74 years old and have not mastered modern technology. But my wife and I were able to figure things out without too much difficulty. We do prefer human contact when traveling so we can ask questions and engage in conversation with locals. But the room was clean and comfortable- plus in a great location.

No staff no contact with anyone i guess that's the policy. It's strange to use for the first time. We had a beautiful view from our room. Would i use again 🤔 probably not Went outside after hours and couldn't get back into the property. Luckily my friend was inside to let me back in.

I would never stay there again. I’d be happy to pay more so there is a person at the hotel to deal with. There is no luggage storage, if you arrive early and you want to explore the town you have to carry your luggage. No early check in. It was noisy and hot in the room so I had to have the windows open.

It was a good one night stay place. Bed was a little toooo soft for our liking. I wish there was a place to open our bags. We had to open our carry ons on the floor. Other than that bathroom was spacious. Parking is available. EV chargers available.

I was a little concerned about the check-in process because I didn't have a local phone number. However, it turned out to be very straightforward. When prompted, I entered my primary phone number and email address. Within seconds, I received a confirmation email, and the passcode was included in one of the email attachments. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the town center, with a well-maintained walking path. There is a small shopping mall directly below the hotel and a supermarket right next to it. We bought breakfast there each morning because the cafés in town opened later than we needed. The hotel also offers complimentary tea and coffee and has a spacious lobby with plenty of comfortable seating and tables. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Good hotel in a good spot to go to Trollstigen! Nice, clean, centrally located. Check in/out could be smoother like scanning a QR code instead of having to look up booking references. You have to type in all booking references if you book more than one room using the same name.
