L'appartement a l'air très bien sur l'annonce mais nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu y loger car le locataire précédent a oublié de remettre à priori la clef dans la boite à clef. L'information nous a été donnée à 17h30 pour le soir même et nous avons eu confirmation à 22h que nous n'avions plus de logement pour le soir même (nous étions 6 personnes le jour de l'ouverture du marché de noel à Metz).La communication a été tardive avec la propriétaire pour pouvoir trouver un autre logement pour le soir même. Meme si elle nous a orienté vers une location beaucoup moins qualitative (car la seule libre à 30min de metz) , nous avons eu de quoi dormir et avons été remboursé rapidement. Le seul reproche serait une communication un peu légère sur le fait d'avoir ou non l'appartement pour le soir même. Merci pour ses démarches en tout cas qui nous ont permis d'avoir un toit.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement était propre et confortable. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié. Il y avait tout ce dont on a besoin. L'hôte était très aimable et réactif, il répond assez rapidement aux messages.Je recommande vivement !
