When we arrived the floor in our room was very wet and slippery. Asked several times to hae the floor dried but at 11 p. m. we were still dealing with the floor. we recevied aphone call at 11 p.m. about my husband returning a charger? we had no idea about this. Then again in the morning we had the same call. One night we were woken by very loud music at 1 a.m. when we asked we were told they would be done by 2 then by 3:30. This was very upseting as the whole room was vibrating and shaking form the loud music.

I was placed next to a room which had a dog which barked constantly. I was moved to a room above the ballroom where a dj played pounding music until 11:45 despite my complaints that I couldn’t sleep. The safe did not reopen and maintenance had to be called.

Very friendly staff. Beautiful views of nature and nature Walks offered for free. Clean, spacious room with large windows overlooking the rainforest. The bathroom has a big shower, large sink and mirror.

Breakfast was great. The view of the golf course and forest was exceptional with the view of panama cities skyscrapers in the background an interesting contrast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Should we come back this way we would surely stay there again.

Most of the staff was very pleasant, even the grounds workers would point out wildlife. The shuttles were easy to arrange and ran on time. Buffet food is average but menu food is lovely and well done. The resort can be crowded though, with multiple functions going on and nowhere even to sit by the pool/lobby because groups have rented it out

The room had no hand towels or hand soap by the sink I had to use shampoo to wash my hands. I bought lunch off the menu and the hostess refused to provide a container to take the leftovers with me, though I got a container on an earlier visit to the restaurant I understand they don't want people taking food from the buffet, but this was the same hostess who brought the menu, took my order, and then took my payment.
