Loren the host is a super friendly guy that makes sure all of your travel needs are met in a timely fashion, it was a nice and comfy place to come back to after the day’s adventures and just relax with a fire, plenty of space for everyone that stay. The road at night time can be a bit noisy at times since it is off of one of the main roads on artic but other then that I would highly recommend 100%

Great Central Location

We spent over two months here. It is a great central location with easy access to main roads, restaurants, and businesses. On most days we were able to be downtown in 10 minutes taking Walter Hickel Pkwy. A little lake is within walking distance. The unit and grounds are spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. Loren, is a genuinely nice person and an excellent host. He communicates and addresses concerns in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
