Monty Moose hangs over the fireplace to welcome you to this quiet townhouse which is located minutes away from Ted Steven International Airport, Campbell Creek Trail, Kincaid park and trails, shopping and more. This is a great base location for your adventures in the last great frontier. We offer 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath. The Master bedroom has a queen mattress as well as a comfortable futon and blackout Curtains to catch some zzz's in the midnight sun included is a 50" TV. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size sleep number bed in a hand made log bed frame, also with blackout curtains. All of our bedding and linens are fresh and new. There is a open court backyard with patio and BBQ grill for you to enjoy the long hours of Alaska daylight. There is a washer and dryer upstairs for your convenience as well as a dishwasher in the fully stocked (pots pans utensils etc. ) kitchen. The fridge has filtered water and ice.
There is another 50" TV downstairs Netflix, and prime etc. for your enjoyment. There is an electric reclining couch and overstuffed chair to relax in.

The garage is available to use as well as plenty of parking in front of your rental.

There are cameras on the property outside and in the garage. These are not used to monitor our guests, but for security.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay, it was close to everything and with our rental car it was great, the house had everything one needs! Very comfortable with the 3 recliners, beds were great! Washer and dryer and dishwasher, just like home but with air fryer and convection oven! The garage was a nice feature. The Host was very responsive and helpful when the upstairs TV had issues and got it back going with just a simple text telling us what to do.If we go back to Alaska I would stay there again! We loved it the Presley'sWe also was able to get a early fishing trip in and caught some Halibut and Cod.!! Snow, Fishing, and watching Moose truly a Great trip.

It was a nice set up with 2 bedrooms with comfortable mattresses, decent living area, and kitchen easy to cook in. We were also thankful for a garage to park in. There is also a creek nearby that we could hike too. Good proximity to Kincaid park, and downtown.

Great stay for our family

We were just in town for some shopping and appointments, but this property was the perfect size for us. It had all of the amenities that helped us feel at home, and the neighborhood was convenient to most of our shopping. We didn't have any idea we'd be arriving right after Snowmageddon 2023, but we had an all wheel drive vehicle to help us navigate before some of the nearby roads were plowed. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place stay for a week. 2 story with bedrooms upstairs with washer and dryer...Downstairs nice kitchen for casual cooking and comfy couch and chair. Perfect for 3 people..Average area quiet with everything close. Way better then a hotel if you want more freedom and room. Also park right by the front door when unloading or loading.
