Spacious Home in Heart of U+MED and Trail Systems

Let this be your home base for all of your adventures! Located in the U+MED District in Midtown, this home is great for traveling professionals or those looking to explore Alaska. Just minutes from restaurants, the Bicentennial Park, University, hospitals, and the trail system. If you prefer to stay home, you can hang out in the cozy living room or cook a meal in the newly renovated kitchen. All three bedrooms are spacious with room for everyone, along with a private deck for relaxing.

The master suite, laundry, 1/2 bath, dining, kitchen, and living are all located on the first floor with access to the garage. There are two bedrooms with a full bath upstairs. This is a duplex.

Hockey camp!

The property was clean, and family friendly. Pur host was responsive and made check in/out simple. We really enjoyed the space and location and look forward to booking again:)
