Great house! Located in a quiet Anchorage neighborhood, this home was perfect for us. Near the Tony Knowles Coastal Trail, this home had everything we needed. Two bedrooms and a bath downstairs, and the primary bedroom, bath, and living space upstairs. Plenty of towels and blankets along with niceties like a citronella candle on the backyard deck. Yes, it has a fenced backyard and great outdoor space. This place is clean, provides shampoo, conditioner, etc., and you can drive your car right into the garage with remote control. We didn't want to leave!

Interior stairs are steep. Garage is huge plus!

The laundry, full bath, office and 2 bedrooms are on the ground level, two exterior steps in the door. The common living and master suite are on the second floor.
