If I could give this place negative stars I would. The bed was broken/missing pieces so the foot of the bed was a solid 3.5 inches lower than the head. My husband propped it up on wooden blocks to get it close. The mattress and box springs are so worn it’s difficult not to roll to the center. After a night of fighting for our lives in that terrible bed listening to the upstairs neighbors stumble around all night and water running from some other part of the building all I wanted was a hot shower to ease my aches and pains but NO. No hot water. Called the property manager and was told everything was fine??? Asked for a refund or to move properties and was basically laughed at. Casago Alaska Retreats told me the hot water was fixed. It wasn’t. No WiFi. Was told obviously there wasn’t WiFi because it’s not listed. My bad for assuming we had all joined the 21st century and didn’t verify the property had WiFi. Half of the burners on the stove don’t work. And to top it all off the place looks like it was furnished with refuse found behind a Salvation Army and smells or old cigarettes and the mold growing out from behind the baseboards in the bathroom. One star for the dumpster fire is far too generous.
