The staff was friendly and quick with check in. We found what seemed like a makeshift crack pipe or something under our bed. The entire area under the beds was filthy, you could see the layer of grime and then on top of that a layer of dirt and dust and whatnot. We left a comment about it on the nightstand, but we were only staying one night so we didn't make a fuss, just wadded up some paper towel, picked up the pipe and threw it in one of the public trash cans in the hotel room. We have always enjoyed staying here but maybe clean under the beds between guests.

There is no switch to turn on the lights until you are half way in the room. The doors are paper thin. I have some staff near my door at 4am and i could hear what they were saying for the 20 minutes they were there. I turned up the thermostat to have white noise, so i could go back to sleep.

Intoxicated hotel guests in the room next door yelled drunkenly; another intoxicated guest down the hall yelled incoherently. When notified, staff responded by knocking on doors and yelling ineffective threats to call security. This insanity continued for hours, until 2 am. One hallway smelled like cat urine.

It started in the lobby. The front staff (the only person on duty find out later) checked us in quickly and asked what floor we wanted. Well we proceded to our room. The lobby area by the elevator smelled like cat pee . We got to our room and there was hair on the counter and the tray that had the cups and ice bucket. We asked the front desk to just come up and wipe things down since we already made our slves at home. She told us she was the only person there (only staff) and that she could move us. But we would have to move to the second floor. Something we did not want to do. So we wiped it down ourselves. You could hear everything going on in the hall. Thin doors. The beds were comfortable enough. No bed bugs at least. we wont be staying there again.

Neglected rooms the sink was dirty but the receptionist was very sweet. Floor wasnt very vlean either to be honest. My shower leaked all night and the tub was dirty. I probably wouldn't stsy there again.
