The room was lovely in all details and spotlessly clean (especially the spacious bathroom). It was also very quiet. I have never stayed at a b&b with more attentive and welcoming staff--Maria and Robert are great! The breakfast was hot, fresh, made to order, and delicious--and even served on warmed plates! It was just my wife and me staying there, but if we had had children with us, it would have been fine--I would just have reminded them that we were in a beautiful place, and we needed to do our part to keep it that way!

This place is a very charming and quiet escape that you almost wouldn't believe could be found in the middle of a city. Maria and her husband are gracious hosts. Breakfast was a rotation of hot, homemade, perfectly prepared Alaskan classics with gorgeous presentation. The rooms were spotless, large, and incredibly comfortable. Absolutely would come back for our next stay.
