We kept getting conflicting information. One of the staff would tell us one thing and the next would tell us something completely different. Told us to call from the train station when we received our luggage but when I called they told us there were no more shuttles from the train. We got in at 11:00 pm and had to beg them to come pick us up. So much conflicting information.

The phone did not work to get to the staff to ask for a pillow when I finally got a hold of them from my cell phone. They told me they did not have extra pillows. What hotel does not have extra pillows on a random Monday night?????

Not as advertised

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. It is very run down. In my room the carpet was tattered and the lamp broken. There was no housekeeping service unless you scheduled it the day before. The treadmills in the gym were not good. I made the decision to check out and move to another hotel that was nicer and actually ended up being cheaper.

Very dirty rooms and in spite of requesting to send someone to clean the rooms , they ignored . Staff is veryyyyy slow and not reliable . They told us they ran out of rooms , but I heard them saying to someone that there are plenty . I would not recommend staying here . For the same amount we can stay in fresh clean place some where else
