This property was terrible. The room was just okay but the entire hotel smelled terrible (weed). The outside looked unsafe. The smoke detector went off in the middle of the night multiple because someone was using the microwave.

There were a lot of homeless people living near my car and blocking the walkway. The room was very small. The ceiling fan was loud and dirty. The sheets were clean, and so were the towels.

Walked in and person very unruly It took the one of us to CALL THE POLICE spoken to person behind desk to get that person under crontrol. Went down hall to see a room. DARK LIGHTING POOR The one of us enerting room comes out to me saying NO WAY. I then told lady who showed us room. No way were we staying Place was unacceptable. We don't feel safe. We then thought we might not have had the car in the morning

We did not stay and lost the $160 we had paid. There were homeless every where outside the hotel. It was very dirty. No one was in the lobby and they refused to return our money when we talked to them.

The worst hotel I have ever been to. I had to wait to get my room because they had to inspect the room and was not allowed to be present. When I was allowed in the room it smelled like smoke and the pillowcases looked like they hadn't been changed So, I looked at the sheets and there were stains and looked like they weren't changed. The place looked bad nothing like the photos. The staff was arguing with people in the hallways it felt unsafe. The staff was un-friendly. They wouldn't give me the wifi password. They had to put it in my phone for me. No airport shuttle unless you paid surcharge. A charge if you didn't take your trash out when you checked out. A charge for if towels got stained. A charge if you lost your key.

The property was nothing like advertised. There were homeless people in the parking lot. Shuttle was non existent. Room and interior were nothing like the pictures. Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Beds were standard military fare. Spent one night and found new accommodations in the morning.
