Good service, pool and hot tub needed filling and cleaning. Room was a bit dirty, walls, floors, coffee was missing and decaf ones had stuff on them. Tub needed a touchup. I actually really like this hotel, and I would stay there again. What I think is that nobody had been in that room for a long time. So at first glance, it did look clean. We got a good deal on the suite which was very nice and comfortable. You could faintly hear snow plows but was overall very peaceful. We would for sure stay here again. If it wasn't for the abnormal cleanliness, I would definitely give five stars. It will also be nice when they do a little bit of upgrading as it does seem a little bit old and dated.

This was the second time we’ve stayed here and we’ll definitely return. We really appreciated a delicious meal at the restaurant after a long day of traveling we didn’t feel like going out for dinner. Soaking in the hot tub was also an added benefit. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice variety.

Fridge didn't work, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Furniture was wore out, big dents/ scratches on wall from furniture. Dated, broken bedside clock. I didn't appreciate there was no breakfast included. Although advertised in Expedia that a limited breakfast available. The only thing available was coffee. I could have stayed at the hotel next door with a bigger pool, breakfast included and for a lower cost. This hotel although nice, really needs an upgrade.
