Dirty and poor customer service at check in.First room 236 toliet didn't work. Second room 211 not much better. Will not stay there again. Doees not meet Crown Royal standards.

Overall staff not very helpful. House keeping did not clean the sinks and toilets, would only give us 3 sets of towels when clearly paid for 4 travelers. The hot water kept running out, green tea kept running out .Overall mediocre service.

It was one night stay after a long Alaska vacation. We had to shift to a different room as first allotted room was under remodeling/repairs. I don’t think it is worth paying 340+ for a night

if i can have zero star, i would do that. very dirty place. no room service unless you call them every day. no water in the room and some times no water refill in lobby. very small swimming pool, not a pool actually. noisy night and early morning. the only good thing is the shuttle, bus driver was nice.

VERY noisy - from creaky floorboards & footsteps from people on upper floors, to traffic flowing constantly close by. Furnishings and carpet a little worn. Provided USB charging ports didn’t work. On the plus side, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast buffet.
