Disliked: Cleanliness

Don’t book it!!

The host accepted my booking and took my money. After flying all day to get into anchorage with my family, we arrive at 8:30 PM. I have the address of the house but I don’t know how to get into the property. I message the host with no response for 45 minutes. We are driving to the house so I called the host only to find out that she accepted a booking from a competing website and we can’t stay the 8 night stay we had booked. She did say not to worry and she would refund my money, but she didn’t. I had to contact VRBO to get the money. This is not the way you want yo start off any vacation!
