Stayed to show our daughter where was born. The property said it sleeps 4, no way. Not even room for 4 to sit. We had to ask for enough linen for the pull out bed, and bed. They couldn’t bring it until the next day. My daughter put on double layers and slep with her throw blanket and a Dirty old pillow in the property, not ok. The bed had a sheet and small bedspread that I don’t like to use but had no choice. The pillows are old. We had two towels had to ask for more, also couldn’t bring until the next day. When the linens were delivered, they weren’t folded, towels had hair on them, the comforter had stains, pillows cases not delivered. Not sure they were clean. Very few toiletries. From first impression; “Mud room” was cluttered from long-term renters things, smells like the garbage is stored there. After check out time, closing instructions were sent, asking us the start a load of laundry, sorry Im on vacation, and that’s what I pay them for. Positives, location, motion activated nightlights, nice hot water and the kitchen was well stocked.The property does have great potential, with these improvements. The long term tenants are not friendly to the Vrbo, guests. Again, potential with the improvements.
