The villa with independent access and large garden in the historic center of Anacapri, is spread over two levels communicating externally. Upper level: Living room with double sofa bed, equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom. The rooms open onto the terrace that accesses the garden. Lower level: double bedroom, living room with one and a half sofa bed, bathroom. The rooms overlook a large patio. Among the services you will find two sun loungers, located in the garden near the pool with goldfish and water lilies. December 24 and 31: check-ins will be available until 18.00.
Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign a contract, as required by Italian legislation on rentals.

City Tax: The tourist tax is not due
Pets are not allowed.
Arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 are subject to a penalty of 30€ for late arrival.
Arrivals between 20:01 and 23:59 are subject to a late arrival fee of 20€.
