A dramatic place to stay!

The location is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful; we extend special kudos to Salvatore, the shuttle driver, who was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. We did find the room to be really small (but its terrace was twice the size of the room!). One note of caution: avoid the restaurant in the hotel.

The entire hotel needs a little love (especially outside). Boxes and things in the lobby area. Let me say, however, that the staff was nice, the rooms are clean and best shower (except no door makes it cold). We would definitely be back!

Classy hotel in Anacapri with spectacular view. Hotel staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus service to and back from the port is very much appreciated.

Rudest Staff Possible

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. We booked NINE months in advance with “pay at property.” Instead, they tried to charge a card the morning of our stay — while we were literally in the air flying into Naples — and because that card had been compromised, they decided to cancel our reservation and give away our room. Their “solution”? An email demanding a response within 30 minutes. I saw it 36 minutes after landing, immediately called them with a valid card, and they smugly told me they had already given away our booking. The man I spoke with could not have been ruder if he tried. Not only was he dismissive, but he actually had the audacity to blame US for their incompetence. No effort to help, no shred of decency, just attitude and indifference. We were traveling for our wedding and they truly could not have cared less. This is hands down the most unprofessional and arrogant hotel I’ve ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor: book literally anywhere else unless you want your trip ruined by people who have no respect for their guests or their own commitments.

Charming Oasis

Excellent location in Ana capri with a free shuttle service to and from the ferry port. Also about a 5 minute walk to city center with plenty of shopping and restaurants and ski lift near by to see amazing views. Also the complimentary breakfast was excellent. If you’re lucky enough to book an ocean view balcony room it’s well worth a few extra bucks .

Beautful hotel in a beautiful location high above the port of Capri. The hotel conveniently provided transport from the Ferry to the hotel. Walking into Anacapri was quick and enjoyable. Capri town was easily accessible

A most beautiful resort with the most spectacular views. A quick 5 minute walk to the bus stop depot with plenty of shopping and dining. The resort was clean, the staff was welcoming and super accommodating. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The hotel needs renovation. Old furniture in rooms like perhaps 40 years ago..some rooms are tiny and old looking decadent. Others not so. The staff helped me find a new suitable room. The gardens are great at the entrance and the view breathtaking or better mesmerizing. Food is average perhaps. I would not make it my dining kich standard l. I only tried the food at the pool. Breakfast was good indeed and with superb views from the dining hall. With the right investment and renovation this hotel can outshine even known chains of hotels there. The whole feeling is that this hotel once was perhaps a star or the star hotel bit time took over it while it tries to hold on. I hope it mak
