I had a great stay at the Renaissance! I was hesitant knowing they were still undergoing renovations, but it didn't interrupt my stay at all. I planned to be out and about during the entire working day, so I didn't hear much except a bit in the morning. The location and rooms were great, and super clean. I'll definitely stay there again when I return, hopefully after the renovations are complete.

Great location in that close to station but off main roads, a little bit red light nearby in a couple of directions, but that’s Amsterdam and could avoid. The staff were great and room newly renovated. What’s odd is that there are deep steps from door to lobby, so they didn’t bother to put a ramp in all this massive renovation? Other thing I was less keen on was the open plan bar. You don’t want to be in full view going to and from your room, as a woman particularly I did not like this.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot that is quite but also close to lots of restaurants and the central station. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room and beds were nice, renovated and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
