The hotel location was fantastic. Maybe a 15 minute walk at a relaxed pace. The room condition was excellent. Clean, organised. After a lovely shower, it aided in how fresh we felt. We didn't use the room service, but the menu had a good selection. The staff were absolutely amazing. From assisting us with check in, to getting us medical assistance. My fiance (luckily) didn't need an ambulance, or hospital, but did require to speak to a doctor. I phoned reception and - I think her name was - Georgia, took our details and got in touch with health care professionals and then organised a taxi to get us to their practice. She went above and beyond. It was very much appreciated. The hotel location is also 5 minutes from the city centre and all the attractions that area is associated with. There's an Amsterdam Coffeeshop right across the road, and beside that there is a small shop that sells bottled water, snacks, etc. If I return to Amsterdam, this is the hotel I'm going to stay in.

A beautiful hotel in an ideal location, within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were great, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was good, with gluten-free options available. The only minor points to note were that our room remained quite cold during a particularly freezing weekend, and it wasn’t serviced during our stay. However, these didn’t detract from what was an overall a very nice weekend stay. I would absolutely stay again.
