Staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was worth paying for in advance. Huge variety of food items. Quiet hotel with elevators, and refrigerators in the room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location to nearby train station to get around town via.

The hotel has a very bizarre design. The rooms are pretty bare and not welcoming . The food variety in terms of restaurant is very limited and the quality very basic.

Downstairs is really nice. Lovely breakfast. The room though wasnt clean, stains all over the side tables of the bed, had marks on the panels in the bathroom . Loud fan going off all night and a tap noise coming from the bathroom 24/7. No tea and coffee in the room. Pillow were awful, the worst ive ever had on a bed. The faff with the new online check inn screens isnt worth it. If the ppl behind the counter have to show everyone how to use it then whats the point? The transport links to the centre are great. But i dont think id stop here again

My fiancé received her luggage 2 days late so she had nothing to wear and was in her cycle. She had to lay in a pool of blood. We asked front desk to help us and get the room cleaned for us, only to come back to a dirty made up bed. They didn’t cater to her need which she could in no way help herself due to her bags never made to the flight. Bathroom was dirty and slimy. Fridge was wasn’t stocked. Not even a bottle of water was in the fridge. They had two small beds joined together so when you lay on it the middle sinks. Worse experience I’ve ever had. I was so uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave. Please stay away from this hotel.

Stayed here for the F1, Hotel was very close to the train station allowing us to get to Zandvoort and back every day with ease. Hotel itself was nice, clean and modern. Rooms of a generous size. Only downside is the car park was pretty poor, multiple people double parked and most spaces seem to have an A/C tube above the spaces meaning you can’t reverse back far enough and can’t open your boot
