My fiancé received her luggage 2 days late so she had nothing to wear and was in her cycle. She had to lay in a pool of blood. We asked front desk to help us and get the room cleaned for us, only to come back to a dirty made up bed. They didn’t cater to her need which she could in no way help herself due to her bags never made to the flight. Bathroom was dirty and slimy. Fridge was wasn’t stocked. Not even a bottle of water was in the fridge. They had two small beds joined together so when you lay on it the middle sinks. Worse experience I’ve ever had. I was so uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave. Please stay away from this hotel.

Stayed here for the F1, Hotel was very close to the train station allowing us to get to Zandvoort and back every day with ease. Hotel itself was nice, clean and modern. Rooms of a generous size. Only downside is the car park was pretty poor, multiple people double parked and most spaces seem to have an A/C tube above the spaces meaning you can’t reverse back far enough and can’t open your boot

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall liked the hotel a lot. Staff was really nice, rooms were adequate and clean with a comfy bed. We asked for extra pillows as I am pregnant and they happily brought extra along with an extra towel for my hair. The only issue we had was with the parking so if you do plan to bring your car, be mindful that it is unlikely you will find parking at the hotel. We arrived on a Thursday night and there was none which caused a bit of a challenge trying to find elsewhere to park as the P+R was not an option either. When I reached out via email prior to arrival, they advised no need to reserve but there were 2/3 of the lot empty and marked as reserved. The staff was really great and helped us through an alternative plan the next day once I made the issue known so I appreciate the resolution. The metro is about a 5 min walk as well which was nice to head into city!

The property is nice and clean. Great place for event. Close to metro ( one stop away to Amsterdam central) . Breakfast was nice. Staffs are friendly. The only downside is no stores or restaurants around the area. Theres two restaurants on site. The next door casino has restaurant but does not allow minor to enter.

My stay at the Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam city West was excellent. The location was ideal. Just a short walk from the train station which made getting into the city centre quick and easy yet fine enough away to enjoy peaceful and quiet atmosphere it really offered the best of both worlds.
