The property was very clean. We reach the hotel from airport using shuttle which goes every half hour. I appreciate early check in. A room was clean and comfortable and has everything we need. A breakfast was nice. We also went to restaurant for the lunch and for dinner; food and service were great

I am so happy I chose this hotel. Close to the Hoofddorp Station. Maybe 7 minutes walk. A little hard with luggage but the hotel has a shuttle service which I used. Very friendly staff. Check in was easy and check out. Rooms very modern and large. Clean and a nice view of the incoming planes. Quiet. I could not hear other guests. BBC news on the television which was all I needed. 20 minutes into downtown AMS. I walked into the city centre of Hoofddorp. A nice shopping area with some great eateries. Nice to explore a local area. I will stay there again. Very happy.

It’s located in an industrial area so not great atmosphere but if you’re not looking for quick and easy access to the airport and central Amsterdam by train or bus at reasonable rates, it’s perfect. Staff was helpful, rooms clean, transfer to/from airport was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is about 20 mins drive from Schipol a bit far out but near green spaces including a petting zoo/ place with cute animals and canals with ducks. I had pleasant encounters with sheep and bird life and took many pics of them. The area is both industrial, busy and relaxing. A bit of a walk/ride by bus/train to shopping/ restaurants. Most of the hotel staff were very pleasant except one lady at the bar who made me feel like I was bothering her or ignoring me while she served a group of men who came after me. Maybe she was thinking about getting tips. The buffet breakfast is a bit pricey but had decent options apart from the soggy fruit. The hotel shuttle is good - free from airport, 5 euros for return but bus/train station 5-10 mins walk away is anorher option. But you have to climb up and down stairs to get there so a bit inconvenient with suitcases. The room was large enough with minibar, kettle etc. No microwave. Lighting was pretty dim. They charged me for an extra breakfast but corrected the error when I pointed it out to them on reviewing my receipt. Check your bills carefully.

As usual my booking couldn't be found on the self service screens so had to wait for check in staff which isn't the quickest but they are friendly and helpful. Oddly a "trainee" seemed to be helping another staff member who was struggling to check another guest in, all the whole a random man in a white t-shirt and baseball cap was walking around behind the staff and bar. Presumably another staff member but odd. Good stay, great hotel and nicely placed for my needs Will happily come back again

Shuttle from the airport was good, but didn't run at 2:30 or 3:00 so I had to wait. Appreciated the shuttle back to the airport for just 5 euros. Check in was easy and WiFi worked well. Ate dinner at the restaurant and crab cake was overcooked, but flavor was good. Room was quiet in spite of overlooking the train. One of the best pillows of my entire trip!
