The staff were all friendly, cheerful, and helpful, including the shuttle driver. The menu was also excellent, and we enjoyed a quiet drink in the hotel bar. The room was excellent as well, and was spotless, roomy, quiet and comfortable. The only suggestion I would make for the hotel management is to have a couple of bottles of water in the mini fridge in the rooms. It may seem like a small thing, but it is important for trvellets arriving late at night or needing to be careful about local tap water. All in all, an excellent experience.

Solid value close to Schiphol

Was only there for a short night before an early flight. Six minutes to walk to de hoek where frequent busses connect you to Schiphol. I had an accessible room so was very clean and large. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. Left before breakfast was available.

We arrived late at night the reception staff made you feel like you were disturbing them as if they had important things to do and you were infringing on there chat as all they were doing was chatting amongst themselves. The bathroom was lacking in a fresh feel the toilet seat was dirty and marked.

The staff at the front desk is great. They got me checked in and oriented quickly, and were very friendly. My room was clean and the layout was practical, with a desk to write at and a couch. The gym also had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is showing a bit of age in some areas, but nothing major. Shuttle transportation was very convenient
