Grate transport connections and good facilities not much near property apart from McDonald’s and a garage McDonalds is busy and noisy on a night with the young ground and cars but hotel is clean friendly staff and helpful.

Cost to eat breakfast At the hotel was way too expensive. There is a McDonald's directly next door.... Which was more cost-effective. There is a walkway across the street directly to the tram station which was very convenient.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located for my work. I thought the breakfast was a bit sparse, & the absence of an evening meal needed managing. There is a McDonald's close by, but one can only eat so many burgers.
