We appreciated the heritage property and the friendly staff. No complaints really. Our only recommendations would be that the property could use improved lighting as it is quite dark. Very little external sunlight makes its way in given the unique building configuration. Also, room supplies/fridge not stocked, or restocked, necessitating calls to the front desk. The staff did respond promptly however when we called. Thank you!

Hotel was nice and quiet near everything. Spa was really nice to use at the end of the day. Only complaint I have is for September their room temperature was set to 64F/17C and there was no way of warming up the room as their heat isn’t available until October and evenings are cold so rooms couldn’t warm up, most people already took radiators so I had to wait for someone to check out to get one. So if you are traveling in September just be aware rooms are uncomfortably cold over night.

Charming and great location.

Very charming hotel in a great location. Easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Room with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities (towels could have been softer and thicker)

Amazing for solo traveler.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is super helpful and the location is so convenient close to the Centraal station. I was able to walk to major sites and tour the city. There are plenty of restaurants around. It's also a historical building and you get a little guide with information on it's history. I took a picture from my canal tour and the building is quite a site.

Amazing stay ffom greeting on arrival to departure. Large clean room with all facilities including full length bath. Having use of pool saunas etc added bonus. Food excellent and all staff very pleasant and helpful. Definitely the place to stay in Amsterdam

It is wheelchair accessible but you have to go in the side door, cannot be done alone you need another person with you. Room is very big and plenty of room for the wheelchair. The room has both English and European sockets. It was difficult to watch the tv because it included loads of radio stations. The bathroom is totally accessible and has a shower stool and bath. There are plenty of hand rails too. The shower wasn’t powerful enough and the water wasn’t very hot. Breakfast was ok but nothing special

The Kingdom of Thieves and criminals Amsterdam

Not a safe place, very old hotel, carpets smells. I booked king bed but they the bad was 2 single put next to each other. I was robbed in front of the hotel in 10 minutes while checking in. I parked my car in the front of the hotem which there was cameras, while checking in they broke my windows and stole everything. Not safe will never visit again.
