Really good property. Very close to golden temple , and accessible from the airport. The continental breakfast is absolutely splendid , and the staff was courteous and responsive to our needs. The restaurant on premises is really good too! We had booked 3 rooms and were travelling with 2 elderly couples. We found that the room controls were not intuitive and it took us a few tries to figure out the details and let them know. Just a minor thing to note in case you’re considering this property. Overall, highly recommend !!!

Overall, we had a very good experience at Hyatt Amritsar. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms, service, and overall hotel experience were very good. One suggestion would be to improve the air conditioning in the lobby area, especially during warmer days. The food was good, although I shared some feedback with the Food & Beverage Manager, Gurpreet, regarding our preferences. He was very receptive and understanding, which we appreciated. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you to the entire team for their excellent service and hospitality.

The staff were nice and helpful however the rooms were not clean. I had to complain as there were stains on bedding, floor, mirrors, bathroom. The staff however did attend and agreed that the room Wasn’t clean and changed our room. The new room was slightly better but very run down. Check in was easy and smooth, and the welcome Lassi was delicious. Room service food was good with fresh roti. Just a shame about the cleanliness of the rooms. Seems more of a volume based hotel.
